Over time Mr Thompson’s company grew and they soon started to build small farm sheds as well as fabricating steel. After training under their fathers guidance for 17 years, in 2002 Craig and Vaughan took over the running of their father's business and formed Thompson Engineering 2002 Ltd. Over the years, Vaughan and Craig have continued to build the business to about 100 staff and run the company in four divisions. Their sister joined the company in 2006 in role of management and istration.
The family, along with their loyal and talented team has developed Thompson into an all round experienced company, who can manage all types of building projects from start to finish. He is now an executive director of the company alongside his brother Vaughan. His high level of knowledge in construction allows him to maintain Thompson's high quality level of workmanship
