Here at Draftline we are forever having to adapt to the changing building and construction climate. We specialise in with both new residential commercial projects as well as repair reinstatement works. Pat Coll is the company's founder and is responsible for delivering two decades of creative solutions for residential and commercial clients alike. Draftline consists of a small design team unlike any other that will turn your dreams into reality.
Andrew Kitching is the in house Project Manager, specializing in the management of commercial projects, and larger residential developments,whilst undertaking architectural concept works. Andrew also backs up Pat with support in the day to day operational functions of Timaru’s head office and brings nearly 20 years experience in the draughting Operational and Project management fields to the team utilising past experience in various industries including local authority, manufacturing, Engineering, production consultancy environments. Pivotal in the day to day running of our office is Elvis, South Canterburys answer in Feline management! He enjoys a relaxed management style, is often found near the photocopier and enjoys meeting new and old clients
